"I've been involved in Motorvation's Brain Blast classes since late January of 2023. In the class we do dual task training of cognitive and motor tasks. I'm feeling a lot more mentally agile as if a mental floss passed through my brain. As a side effect to my mental clarity, my speech has become very clear. I was introduced to Darbe by my coach Nathan Ward. Nate observed and corrected my movements to a point where I called him "mind reader". He also taught me how to breathe or how to snap my fingers to make certain motor tasks easier."
