Fulfillment and Refund Policy

This agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Motorvation USA (referred to as "we" or "us") and the client (referred to as "you" or "client") for the provision of services as outlined below.

• Services: We agree to provide the services as described on our website or as agreed upon in writing (the "Services").
• Fulfillment: Once the Services have been completed or fulfilled, they are considered non-refundable.
• Client Responsibility: It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the successful fulfillment of the Services. Any delays or errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer shall not be the responsibility of Motorvation USA.
• Payment: The customer agrees to pay the agreed upon fee for the Services in full prior to the commencement of the work, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Modifications: Any modifications or changes to the Services requested by the client after the commencement of the work may incur additional fees and will be subject to the availability and approval of Motorvation USA. 
• Termination: In the event that the customer wishes to terminate the Services prior to completion, no refunds will be issued for work already completed.
• Limitation of Liability: Motorvation USA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Services provided.
• Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
